Strategy

1) Audience Targeting Built for “Studio Owner” Reality

Instead of targeting “fitness interest” alone, we built audiences around people who clearly fit the fitness studio owner/operator stage of life and business.

Layered targeting to reach people with fitness experience + business/ownership behavior

Prioritized studio-industry signals, including tools/platforms commonly used by studio owners (ex: Squarespace, Mindbody)

Focused age ranges more likely to be in the ownership / decision-maker phase

2) Message Alignment to Her Avatar (Pain + Desire + “I Get You”)

We refined the messaging so Christa was speaking directly to her ideal listener/customer’s real situation:

  • Called out the pain points studio owners actually feel (confusion, frustration, “why isn’t this working?”)

  • Positioned the offer as a way to understand the problem clearly so they can fix it

  • Shifted the tone from generic health advice to leadership + clarity + control

3) Landing Page Overhaul for Lead Magnet Conversions

We rebuilt the lead magnet landing page so it clearly communicated:

  • What the Healthy Percentage Cheatsheet is

  • What it helps them do

  • Why they should download it now

  • What they can expect after they opt in (clarity + outcome)

Original issue: The old page relied on a single image of Christa pointing at the headline + an email opt-in box. That wasn’t enough context or value to motivate action.

Results

  • Cheatsheet downloads increased from 0 → 177 in the first 30 days

  • Podcast views/listens increased by 78% in the first 30 days

  • Cost per download achieved: $5.09

  • Implemented a CRM pipeline  using Honeybook with stages like:

New Inquiry → Planning → Quote Sent → Booked → Paid → Completed

  • Automatically stored all lead details in one place.

4) Automation + Follow-Up

  • Set up automatic confirmations and follow-ups, such as:

  •          Instant “we got your request” message

  •          Follow-up reminders if no response after 48 hrs 

  •          Internal notifications so nothing gets missed
